Yan Run Feng was born in 1970 in RaoYang County, HeBei Province. He first received inner painting teaching from LiuHui. At first his main works were classical Chinese paintings and characters. Later he joined Aoxue inner painted workroom where he studied the technique of oil-painted under the guidance of Hou Yan Bin. He was awarded the Folk Artist of HeBei Province [about inner painted] by the Light Industrial Hall of HeBei Province, the Unity of Literature and Art of HeBei, after his works were examined and appraised in 2000. In the painting of the western religion, he makes the picture full of a solemn silence of the religious ambience.
